totcare is originated by a Canadian family. The brand is registered in Canada.
I’ve walked into a totcare store and was not happy with your services, who do I contact?
You may contact totcare’s office in the country where you’ve faced the problem. You may ask the shop for their offices number and contact them to complain about your experience. If you’re not satisfied with the office’s response, please email us directly to firstname.lastname@example.org and one of our team members will be in touch with you to satisfy you.

If I have a question about a certain product, who do I contact?
Most products advertised have detailed information. However, if this information is not suffecient, please feel free to call one of our local stores. In case there is no local store in your country, feel free to email us at email@example.com and our team will take care of your quires.
Do your products have a warranty?
All totcare branded products have a one year factory warranty. For other products from totcare, it depends on their companies’ warranty terms. If you have any question regarding a product’s warranty, feel free to email us.
I’ve lost my set of instructions / user guide, how do I get another set?
If the product is a totcare branded product, you may email firstname.lastname@example.org and totcare will email you back a copy. If the product is a non-totcare branded product, then totcare will contact the product supplier and try to obtain a copy for you.
